Men’s Volleyball Cruises Past Pride to GNAC Semifinals

NASHUA, NH: Rivier men's volleyball will be advancing to the GNAC Semifinal match against Lasell University on Thursday at 7 pm after taking down Regis College this evening.

THE BASICS:

- Date: 4/11/23

- Score: Rivier 3, Regis 0 (25-15, 25-16, 25-12)

- Records: Rivier (20-10), Regis (12-17)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  The Raiders were able to breeze past the Pride in this one, hitting an impressive .514 with just eight errors on 70 attempts. Jack Normandin (Clifton Park, NY) led the way with 13 kills and four digs. Isaac Borges (New Boston, NH) was just shy of perfect on the night, with eight kills and no errors on nine attempts. Ethan Soltis (Massillon, OH) dished out 29 assists, along with two kills and four digs.

- Regis finished the match with a kill percentage of .059, with 21 kills, 17 errors, and 68 attempts. Joseph Perez racked up almost half of the kills for his team with ten. Tyrell Bucasas tallied 19 assists and three digs from his setter position.
