
Field Hockey’s Bovill Named to GNAC All-Conference Third Team
WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced its All-Conference selections from the 2024 campaign on Tuesday afternoon, revealing that senior midfielder Madison Bovill of the Rivier field hockey team was named to the Third Team.
Bovill had a tremendous campaign, producing 25 points from 11 goals (two game-winners) and three assists helping guide the Raiders to five conference victories as the team notched 28 goals in GNAC contests. She was instrumental in moving the ball up the field in transition.
Along with her offensive success, Bovill was a defensive weapon in the midfield, assisting the squad in limiting conference opponents to 22 goals as the Raiders registered five total shutouts.
This marks the first All-Conference honors of Bovill's three-year career with the Raiders. In 51 games played, the Tyngsborough, Mass. native produced 56 points.
