Coupal Tabbed GNAC Goalie of the Week
WINTHROP, Mass. – Rivier field hockey senior Kylie Coupal was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalie of the Week for the second time in her career after helping the Raiders to a 2-1 (1-0 GNAC) week, the conference announced Monday afternoon.
After a 23 save week, the Derry, N.H. native tied her career-high with an 18 save performance in a non-conference matchup against Keene St. Tuesday night.
Coupal's week also included two shutout performances over Salem St. and GNAC foe Anna Maria.
Coupal and the Raiders take the field Wednesday, Oct. 16 to take on New England Col. in a GNAC battle. The game is set for 7:00 p.m. at Merrill Field.
