WORCESTER, MA: Rivier women's ice hockey lost to Anna Maria College this evening in the ECHA Semifinal at Worcester Ice Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

- Meghan Sonia scored in the first frame for the AMCATS with assists granted to Tessa Henry and Abigal Vigliotte.

- Shayla MacDonald put Anna Maria up 2-0 in the second period with assists from Riley Cote and Ashley Dickinson.

- MacDonald buried her second goal of the game for the AMCATS in the third frame, with an assist credited to Grace Dodge. Jessica Driscoll (Tewksbury, MA) sent the puck to Ellie Grady (Kingstown, MA) who capitalized on the power play to score Rivier's only goal this evening.

- Rachel Hinkley (Swedesboro, NJ) recorded 22 saves tonight for the Raiders. Sam Dahill of Anna Maria saved 33 shots, taking the win.
