
Colon Named to All-GNAC Baseball First Team
NASHUA, N.H. – Rivier baseball's Luis Colon was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) First Team following a tremendous junior season with the Raiders.
Colon played in 30 games, notching 44 hits with 15 doubles (program record) and four home runs with 19 walks and 32 RBI. He scored 24 runs and had one steal on the basepaths. The Lawrence, Mass. native and Northern Essex Community College transfer slashed .404/.489/.651. Against conference opponents, Colon ranks second in batting average (.472), first in slugging percentage (.774), and fourth in on-base percentage (.530).
In left field, he posted a .948 fielding percentage with 53 putouts on 58 total chances with two assists.
Colon looks to return for his senior campaign in 2025 with sights set on bringing the program back to the GNAC Tournament.
