102 Rivier Student-Athletes Earn GNAC Academic All-Conference Honors
WINTHROP, Mass. – Over 100 Rivier University student-athletes were named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Academic All-Conference Team due to their strong efforts in the classroom over the 2023-24 academic year.
All student-athletes with sophomore academic status or above with a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher were awarded.
The women's soccer team was Rivier's top performer with 16 honorees, slightly ahead of men's lacrosse with 14. Rounding out the list were baseball (12), women's lacrosse (11), field hockey (11), softball (10), men's soccer (8), women's basketball (6), men's volleyball (6), men's basketball (5), women's cross country (4), women's volleyball (3), and men's cross country (1).
