Women’s Soccer Suffers Loss to Saints

NASHUA, NH: Rivier women's soccer suffered another GNAC loss to Emmanuel College this evening on Joanne Merrill Field.

THE BASICS:

- Date: 10/12/22

- Score: Emmanuel 7, Rivier 0

- Records: Emmanuel (12-1-1, 8-1 GNAC), Rivier (0-11-1, 0-8-1 GNAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  The first half was all Emmanuel, as they put up six goals. Four of the six came from Addie LeGault, with another from Sarah Dullaghan and the last from Rory Mahoney.

- The Saints would add just one more in the second half to get the final of 7-0. Kaelyn Briscoe would net the last goal in the 73^rd minute.

- Maya Puma (Tyngsborough, MA) would play the whole second half and save 12 of the 13 shots she faced.
