Men's Volleyball: #10 Raiders shutout by #7 Wentworth

(Boston, Mass.) Senior Ian Wolski (Westfield, Mass.) recorded a team-high nine kills however it was not enough as the tenth-ranked Rivier University Men' Volleyball team saw their six-match win streak come to an end on Monday night in a 3-0 setback to seventh-ranked Wentworth Institute of Technology in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action.

Rivier is now 9-6 overall and an even 1-1 in the GNAC while the Leopards improve to 11-3 (3-0).

Wolski finished the night with three digs and two block solos and junior Grant Andler (Chicago, Ill.) contributed with five kills and three digs. Senior setter Matt LaSance (Madison, Conn.) dished out 23 helpers and junior libero Garrett Bucklin (Jamestown, R.I.) collected eight digs along the back line.

Jake Reed and Alex Potts led the way offensively for the Leopards as they had 12 and 10 kills, respectively. Mike Rogachesfsky picked up eleven digs and Collin Ritter totaled 37 assists and five total blocks.
