Parent Tabbed ECHA Player of the Week
WORCESTER, Mass. – Junior forward of the Rivier women's ice hockey team, Brianna Parent, collected Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) Player of the Week honors thanks to her three-point performance this past weekend.
With the 3-2 road victory over MCLA on Feb. 17, Parent earned an assist on Jessica Driscoll's powerplay goal in the second period. Parent went on to score the game-winner in the third, totaling two points on the evening.
On Feb. 18, the Raiders finished their final regular-season contest against MCLA at the Tsongas Center. Parent tallied an assist to lift her to three points in the series.
The Raiders will travel to the Worcester Ice Center on Feb. 23 for the ECHA Semifinals against Anna Maria with an 8:10 p.m. puck drop scheduled.
