Grumblatt Named to D3hoops.com Team of the Week
NASHUA, N.H. – Rivier women's basketball graduate student Lyric Grumblatt became the first player in program history to earn a spot on the D3hoops.com Team of the Week for her tremendous performances which helped guide the Raiders to a 2-0 week.
The Manchester, N.H. native averaged 28.0 points, 14.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 6.0 steals over the two-game stretch which resulted in home victories over Colby-Sawyer (Feb. 12) and Dean (Feb. 15).
Grumblatt was also named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week for her efforts while garnering a spot on the New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) Weekly Honor Roll First Team.
The Raiders concluded their regular season with a 15-10 overall record and 11-3 conference record and await the finalization of the GNAC schedule to learn their postseason tournament seeding.
