McEvoy Tabbed GNAC Runner of the Week Following Rivier Debut
WINTHROP, Mass. – Emma McEvoy, a doctoral student on the Rivier women's cross country team, was tabbed the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Runner of the Week following her podium finish at this weekend's Charger XC Invitational.
The Atlanta, Ga. native placed third individually out of 50 runners in the women's 5K, posting a time of 20:28.56 on Saturday morning at Morris Trail.
McEvoy and the Raiders will be back in action on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 10:00 a.m. when they take part in the Shacklutte Invitational, hosted by Saint Anselm College.
