Nashua, NH - Lasell College outscored Rivier College 8-4 in the second half of today's women's Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Lacrosse game to beat the Raiders 15-11.

After the first half of play the score was knotted at 7-7, but the defense of the Lasers was too much for Rivier to overcome in the second half.

Tina Canavan (Stonington, CT) led the Lasers with 5 goals scored while Rivier's Rebecca Wickens (Tyngsboro, MA) scored 5 goals in the loss for the Raiders.

Kristin Coderre (Monson, MA) made 15 saves in the win for the Lasers and Caleigh Bertolaccini (Chelmsford, MA) took the loss for the Raiders, giving up 15 goals and recording 9 saves.

Lasell will travel to Framingham State for a non conference game on April 19th at 4:30 pm while Rivier will host Fitchburg State on April 18th at 7:00 PM.
