NEILA ALL-STAR GAME ROSTERS

SOUTH HADLEY, Mass.Adam Hailey, Michael Ference, and Coby Mercier of Rivier men's lacrosse will participate in the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) East-West Senior All-Star games as members of Team West, the NEILA announced Wednesday morning.

This marks the first time Rivier student-athletes will be featured in the annual event.

The game will be played on Friday, June 7 at Roger Williams University's Bayside Field in Bristol, R.I. with rosters consisting of representatives from all three NCAA divisions across the region.

These three student-athletes were key in the Raiders' success in 2024, a season in which the team returned to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) semifinal round.

Mercier had a career year in goals (33), assists (30), and points (63) while appearing in all 18 contests. Ference, a fellow attacker, had 40 goals and 38 assists to post 78 points over 18 games played. With his points total, he became the all-time program leader in points (249). Both Mercier and Ference were honored as All-GNAC First Team members.

Hailey had 26 caused turnovers and 47 ground balls while recording two points. Hailey became the program leader in caused turnovers with 81. He made the All-GNAC Second Team after a stellar campaign on defense.

All three student-athletes will return to Rivier in the fall to begin their graduate studies.
