Connelly named to the All-Conference Team

(Boston, MA) The Great Northeast Athletic Conference announced today that Rivier University sophomore Danny Connolly has been selected to the All-GNAC Men's Soccer 3rd team.

The Bedford, New Hampshire native is honored for the first time after he helped the Men's Soccer program earn their first point in over two seasons. He started in 13 of the teams 14 games in 2012 and was the leading goal scorer with 2, including a goal in GNAC competition.

Connelly becomes the first Men's Soccer student-athlete to be named to the All-GNAC team since Chris Nugent (2nd team) and Brain Joaquim (3rd team) were chosen in 2010.
