Puma Named GNAC Goalie of the Week
WINTHROP, Mass. – In her first start of the 2023 campaign, junior keeper Maya Puma recorded 20 saves in a scoreless draw against non-conference opponent Nichols on Wednesday afternoon, earning her second-ever collegiate shutout and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalie of the Week honors.
Puma and the Raiders, who now sit at 7-2-2 (6-1-1 GNAC), will return to action on Wednesday, Oct. 4 in a 6:00 p.m. bout with Anna Maria from Caparso Field.
