Cross Country Opens Up at Suffolk Short Course Classic

BOSTON, Mass. – The Rivier men's and women's cross country teams competed in their first meet of the season on Friday afternoon at the Suffolk Short Course Classic, taking place at historic Franklin Park. The race saw competitors across all three NCAA divisions and was the first of five on tap for the Raiders in 2023. The program will return to compete at Franklin Park twice more this fall in 8k and 6k races.

Next up, the program will head to Wenham, Mass. to partake in the Pop Crowell Invitational, hosted by Gordon, on Saturday, Sept. 16.
