Women’s Soccer Senior Day Ends in a Draw

NASHUA, NH: The Rivier women's soccer team also went the distance this afternoon, finishing their game in a draw after double overtime. The Raiders tied with Regis College in conference action 1-1. This afternoon was also senior day for women's soccer. Micayla Bourski (Pawtucket, RI), Avery Martin (Milford, NH), Meagan Minaya (Alton, NH), and Chloe Sottak (Belmont, NH) were all celebrated for their commitment and dedication to their program.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  Sara Costa struck first for the Pride just 13:33 into the contest on a cross from teammate Payton Bridge.

-  The Raiders would tie it up at the very end of the first half on a tremendous running goal by freshmen Kaylee Magoon (Loudon, NH), who came streaking down the left side of the 18 and placed the ball perfectly in the top right corner.
