Women's Soccer Ties After Double Overtime with AMCATS

PAXTON, MA: The Rivier University women's soccer team tied their fourth GNAC conference game this evening with Anna Maria College after double overtime 1-1.

 THE BASICS:

- Score: Anna Maria 1, Rivier 1

- Records: Anna Maria (1-5-1, 0-2-1 GNAC), Rivier (2-5-1, 0-3-1 GNAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  The AMCATS got on the board early on in the first half after a Gabbriella Cuevas goal in the tenth minute of the contest.

-  The score would remain in the home team's favor until the 49^th minute when Kaylee Magoon (Loudon, NH) scored her team's high fifth goal of the season.

- Maya Puma (Tyngsborough, MA) kept the Raiders tied with Anna Maria until the clock hit zero. She faced ten shots on goal and saved nine of them. Alice Yokabaskas played the first 54 minutes of the contest in net for the AMCATS and saw five shots, and she saved everyone.
