Hinkley Picks Up Back-to-Back ECHA Goaltender of the Week Honors
WORCESTER, Mass. — Junior goaltender Rachel Hinkley of the Rivier women's ice hockey team picked up back-to-back Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) Goaltender of the Week honors. This is her third ECHA GOW of the season.
On Feb. 9 Hinkley helped the Raiders to a 2-1 OT victory on the road at Buffone Ice Arena against Anna Maria. She made 38 saves, earning a .974 save percentage.
On the season, Hinkley holds a .972 save percentage, with a .700 win percentage.
The Raiders will play their final regular season contests this weekend, Feb. 17 and 18, with a home-and-home series versus MCLA.
