Standish, ME: Rivier men's soccer lost to Saint Joseph's College in conference play this evening on the road in Standish, Me.

THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:

- In the first half, Michael Wildes passed to Rion Dos Santos, who sent the ball into the net to get the scoring started. About 10 minutes later, Riv would foul the Monks inside the 18, giving Austin Ward the penalty kick opportunity. He would be successful in tacking on another goal to make the score 2-0.

- St. Joe's Will Wood passed to Austin Ward and was able to find Hayes Sweeney, who scored the third and final goal of the contest at 58:16.

- Dominic Cunha (Peabody, MA) made ten saves in net for the Raiders. Mike Sheridan had two saves tonight for the Monks, taking the win.
