Bio

Ruppy Hailey enters his sixth season with the men’s lacrosse program at Rivier University in 2024.

Hailey began his time with the team in 2018 as an assistant coach specializing in recruiting while also serving as an instructor at Riv’s Summer Lacrosse Camps. In 2021, his role shifted to the Director of Lacrosse Operations at Rivier, providing support with inventory and uniform/apparel orders, as well as stepping on the field as an assistant defensive coach while continuing to recruit and instruct at camps.

On game days, Hailey is in the press box as the Raiders' play-by-play voice. Hailey also broadcasts games for the Rivier ice hockey and field hockey programs.

Hailey has also served as the head boys' lacrosse coach at Oyster Rivier High School since 2018. In 2021, he was selected as the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) Division II Coach of the Year.

Hailey also dedicates a portion of his time to the New Hampshire Tomahawks. He has held head coach and recruiting coordinator roles since 2018.

From 2014-16, Hailey was the head varsity men’s lacrosse coach at Salem High School after serving as the junior varsity coach from 2011-13. During this time, he earned the title of 2013 NHIAA Division I Assistant Coach of the Year.

From 2010-14, Hailey held the title of President of Salem Youth Lacrosse. Hailey was a coach for Salem Youth Lacrosse from 2008-11.

Hailey is a Level 2 Certified U.S. Lacrosse Coach.
