No. 11 Endicott Skates by Men’s Ice Hockey, 4-0

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Rivier men's ice hockey team fell to No. 11 Endicott by a final score of 4-0 at Raymond J. Bourque Arena on Saturday afternoon in their final contest of the semester.  

The Raiders are now 6-5-2 on the season, while Endicott moves to 7-2-3 (5-2-2 CCC). 

Riv held off the Gulls until the 13:41 mark of the first when John Goldowski found the back of the net, with assists from James Davenport and Michael Casey. 

Soon after, Andrew Kurapov of Endicott buried the second goal at 15:03 of the first, with assists credited to Connor Beatty and Jackson Sterrett.  

The scoring started back up again in the third period for the Gulls as a shorthanded goal was recorded by Goldowski from Casey and Cam Speck just under two minutes in. 

Ben Jenkinson tallied the fourth and final goal of the contest with a feed from Kevin Craig at 15:53. 

Endicott outshot the Rivier 50-27, with Will Augustine making 46 saves in net on the evening for the Raiders. 

The Raiders will kick off the new year at the Comfort Inn Complex Winter Classic against the host Plattsburgh at Ronald B. Stafford Ice Arena on Friday, Jan. 5.
