NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The Rivier men's basketball team fell in a non-conference road clash at Mass. Liberal Arts on Saturday afternoon at the Amsler Campus Center Gym by a final score of 91-69. The Raiders' record evened out to 1-1 with the setback while MCLA jumped to 2-0 on the campaign.
Ahamadou Sillah scored 34 points for Rivier while hauling in four rebounds. Nikolas Pignone added 12 points in the contest.
Rivier will have until Thursday to regroup before Fitchburg St. comes to Muldoon Gymnasium for a non-conference matchup set to tip off at 7:00 p.m.
