PROVIDENCE, RI: The Rivier field hockey team fell this afternoon in postseason play to Johnson & Wales by a score of 4-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Wildcats scored their first goal just 5 minutes into the contest to go up 1-0 after Hailey Schneider beat the Raider Keeper Katie Olsen (Saugus, MA).
- Rivier fended off JWU until the third quarter, where they let up two more goals to go down 3-0. Katie Sloan and Margaret Johnson scored the third quarter goals.
- Izzy Ward would tack on one more in the fourth to allow the hosting team to go up 4-0 and take the GNAC Quarterfinal game.
- Olsen had another good day in net for the Raiders, seeing 16 shots on goal and saving 12.
