During the 2022 season, he helped the Ravens finish the year with an impressive 16-4-3 record, going 10-2 in NE-10 play. Pierce made it to the NCAA Tournament, where they played four games, beating SNHU (3-1), #6 Saint Rose (2-1), and tying with Bridgeport (2-2). Their run ended in the Quarterfinals against #2 West Chester in double overtime 2-1. Milton helped cultivate two All-Americans and four All-East Region student-athletes, along with United Soccer Coaches East Region Coaching Staff of the Year.
