Bio

Joanne Merrill is currently transitioning into her new role within the athletics department. She will be acting as the Athletics Project Manager after being Rivier's Director of Athletics.

Joanne received a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health from UNH and a master's degree in Athletic Administration from Springfield College.

She has coached basketball at all levels, including young children, junior high, high school, and college. She has coached both women's and men's volleyball at the high school and college levels.

Joanne lives in Nashua with her husband, Steve, and daughter Kyla.
