Courtney Palardy ’20 was promoted to Director of Athletic Operations in July 2024 after serving as the Administrative Coordinator for the Rivier University Athletics Department since 2022.

In her role, Palardy provides administrative support for the University's 15 varsity programs, head coaches, student-athletes, and athletic administration. As part of her various other duties, Palardy oversees the scheduling of student-workers in the Muldoon Fitness Center.

During her senior year at Rivier, Palardy served as the women’s soccer team manager, assisting with game operations, analytics, team activities, and fundraising efforts.
