GNAC Releases All-Conference Teams for Basketball

NASHUA, NH: The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) released its All-Conference selections for the 2022-23 season for both men and women. After this season, the Raiders had five student-athletes make it onto an All-Conference Team.

Women's basketball had four student-athletes get named to a team. Lyric Grumblatt (Manchester, NH) was placed the highest, making it onto the GNAC First Team. This past season Grumblatt averaged 17.7 points per game, to go along with her reaching 1,000 career points and breaking a GNAC record for the fasted to 1,000 points in just 44 games played.

Next is Hannah Muchemore (Nashua, NH), who was named to the GNAC Third Team. Muchemore racked up stats in every category this season, averaging 13.5 points per game, 4.9 assists per game, and 3.6 steals per game. She even broke two single-season records for Rivier with 132 assists (old record: 122) and 96 steals (old record: 63).

Lastly, Brianna Wilcox (Londonderry, NH) was named to the All-Rookie Team. After missing the start of the season due to injury, Wilcox made an immediate impact for the team once returning. She went on to score double-digits in multiple games, with her best performance coming against Norwich University, where she finished the game with 29 points.

The All-Sportsmanship selections for the season were Alexa Dufries (Leicester, MA) and Pharaoh Davis (Plainville, MA)
