Chargers Sneak Past Women’s Basketball
NEW LONDON, NH: Rivier women's basketball fell to GNAC opponent Colby-Sawyer this evening.
THE BASICS:

- Records: Colby-Sawyer (4-11, 2-5 GNAC), Rivier (8-9, 5-4 GNAC)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Chargers took a 12-point lead into the break. The Raiders struggled to find a rhythm early, shooting 26.7% from the field in the first quarter, followed up with 15.8% in the second. Colby-Sawyers first-half lead made all the difference in the end as Rivier came out in the second half outscoring them 39-32.
- Colby-Sawyer was led by Marissa Holt and Elyza Mitchell. Holt scored a team-high 17 points, followed closely by Mitchell, who finished with 16 points. Courtney Brewster contributed ten points along with ten rebounds.
- The Raiders had two players score double digits this evening. Lyric Grumblatt (Manchester, NH) had the game-high with 23 points. Hannah Muchemore (Nashua, NH) finished with 16 points and six assists.
