Visentin named GNAC Men's Volleyball Player of the Week

(Nashua, NH) Rivier College junior Steve Visentin was named the GNAC Player of the Week after helping to lead Rivier to 3 more conference wins this past week.

The Cheshire CT native dished out 33 assists in a 3-0 win against Lasell College and directed the offense to a .310 hitting percentage. He chipped in with 4 kills, 4 digs, and 3 blocks in the sweep. The 6'1 junior setter finished off his week with a 27 assist effort in a 3-0 sweep over Albertus Magnus College while directing RIV's offense to a .373 hitting percentage. Visentin averaged 10 assists/set, 1.83 digs/set, 1 kill/set, and 1 block/set for the week.
