Lesley's Reeves Scores Two And Adds Assist in 5-0 Win Over Rivier

Nashua, NH - Lesley's Tyler Reeves scored 2 goals and added 1 assist as the Lynx ran all over the Raiders of Rivier College, winning 5-0.  The raiders were completely outmatched as they were outshot 30-5 overall and 18-2 with shots on goal. 

Lesley jumped on the board quickly, scoring just 2:39 into the game when Christian Domingo took a pass from Reeves for both the first goal of the game and the game winner.  The second and fifth goals were scored by Ali Sozeri and the third and fourth goals by Reeves.  All five goals were scored in the first half of play.

During the second half, Lesley University subbed in the bench and were able to pass the ball around to play keep away from the Raiders, allowing just 3 shots by the Raiders. 

Lesley goal keeper Zach Almeida-Beers played all 90 minutes, recording 2 saves in the victory, improving the Lynx to 9-1 on the season.  Raiders goal keeper John Jarvis (Henniker, NH) gave up all 5 goals and made 15 saves in the losing effort, which drops their mark to 1-8.

The Raiders will host St. Joseph's College of Maine on Saturday, Oct. 2 as the first game of a men's and women's double header at 1:00 pm.
