(Nashua, N.H.) The Raiders continue their unbeaten streak after dropping the Vikings today 14-3.

The first 5 minutes proved to be deceptive as the two teams exchanged 2 goals.  The first goal of the match was credited to senior Colby Larsen (Windham, N.H.) three minutes into the game.  Vikings immediately retaliated with a man up goal, scored by freshman Anthony Dalbon (Ashburnham, Mass.) to even the score.

However, senior Chris Pennie (Wilmington, Mass.) responded with 2 more goals assisted by freshman Nick Ackerman (Durham, N.H.) and senior Rob Fullerton (Wilmington, Mass.).  Pennies two goals helped the Raiders pull away from that tie.

Sophomore Dylan McSparren (Warwick, R.I.) and senior Eric Guinasso (Pelham, N.H.) both scored in man up situtations and Larsen was able to sneak one more goal.  However it was Vikings freshman, Tyler Morris (Billerica, Mass.)  who closed the period out with a goal off of a turnover caused by freshman Anthony Dalbon (Ashburnham, Mass.).

The two programs went back in forth in the second period. While the Vikings out shot the Raiders 12-6.  Three of the six goals were scored a man up for the Raiders. 4-6 goals were netted by Eric Guinasso.  Larsen and McSparren were credited for the other 2 goals for the period.  Sophmore Jake Lamoureux (Weymouth, Mass.) tallied the first goal of his season at the 7:55 mark, the assisit was given to Tyler Morris.

Senior Matt Cloutman (Peabody, Mass.) tallied 14 saves on the day while Vikings sophomore Zach Isham (Chicopee, Mass.) walked away with 10 saves.

Leading scorer of the match today was Eric Guinasso with 5 goals, Travis was 9-14 at center circle and he lead the team with 4 groundballs.

The Raiders are scheduled to host Northern Vermont University-Lyndon (0-1), at 7PM on Wednesday.  The Vikings will take a trip to Harrison, N.Y. on Tuesday to face off against Purchase College at 7PM.
