Courtney Palardy ’20 is in her second year as the administrative coordinator for the Rivier University Athletics Department in 2023-24.

In this role, Palardy provides administrative support for the University's 15 varsity programs, head coaches, student-athletes, and athletic administration. As part of her various other duties, Palardy oversees the scheduling of student-workers in the Muldoon Fitness Center.

During her senior year at Rivier, Palardy served as the women’s soccer team manager, assisting with game operations, analytics, team activities, and fundraising efforts.
