Female Student-Athlete of the Month: Taylor Dunster | Women’s Volleyball
(Nashua, N.H.) The Rivier University Department of Athletics is proud to announce that senior Taylor Dunster (Sutton, Mass) of the Women's Volleyball team has been selected as the Female Student-Athlete of the Month for October 2019.
October was a stellar month for the veteran Outside Hitter. Dunster lead the Raiders offense with an astounding 137 kills, while scooping up 135 digs on defense. Her best performance in October was against Colby-Sawyer College back on Thursday, October 17th when she tallied 16 kills, 15 digs and 3 block assists. Her rampage continued through the last 7 matches of the month averaging 11.7 kills and 8.8 digs per game.
Dunster closed out the month recording her 1000th career dig on October 29th in a three-set win over Regis College.
